Welcome to the New Braunfels Office:

After retiring from the military, Don and Ann Johnson entered into the real estate industry in San Antonio in 1965. In 1973, Don Johnson Company was formed and in 1993, our company affiliated with Prudential Real Estate. Today, Don Johnson Company is the oldest real estate firm in San Antonio, and has grown to serve almost all of Central Texas with offices in New Braunfels and Canyon Lake. Our services including listing and selling homes, property management, and relocation services.

The company’s founders have been very active in leadership at the San Antonio Board of Realtors and with the Texas Association of Realtors. Ann Johnson has served as the President of the San Antonio Board of Realtors and a Regional Vice President of the Texas Association of Realtors. Don, Ann, and Bernie Johnson have all served as Directors for the San Antonio Board of Realtors and Ann and Bernie Johnson have both headed the important Multiple Listing Service Committee.

Over the years, our industry has seen dramatic changes. However, we have maintained a traditional real estate office. Our sales associates are managed and do not function independently of management. They are accountable for their business practices and are expected to adhere to our core values of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to service. Our firm is locally owned and is a family business.
